In case you did not realize, the unintended consequences to US-Russia treaties that may have been shattered because Ukraine, in a demonstrably clever sneak attack, destroyed 42 Russian strategic bombers as they sat exposed on their airfield pads. “Exposed” is the clue word. Since Reagan’s day they sat out in the open unprotected, as do ours per the Start Treaty, because mutually agreed treaties allowed our satellites, and theirs, to keep a visual count on just where those bombers were located.
