Update on U.S. Postal Service Lawsuit
The ten-year battle continues with the US Postal service over their unilateral, arbitrary and capricious refusal to allow my mailbox to be at my property line. This violates my constitutional equal rights protection. They declared the road unsafe and threatened to halt all mail unless I moved the box ¼ mile to a cluster box location. Thus, if packages don’t fit in the box, it’s a 10-mile round trip to the local post office. This is problematic now that I’m in my mid-80s and ordering many mail order products.
