Going to Jail for Telling the Truth? That's What Europeans Risk!
Well, as Mr Greenwood said, I'm proud to be an American, where at least I know I'm free. Were I writing this somewhere in the eurozone, I'd be in continual danger of being thrown in jail
I'm proud to be an American
Where at least I know I'm free
And I won't forget the men who died
Who gave that right to me
And I'd gladly stand up next to you
And defend Her still today
'Cause there ain't no doubt
I love this land
God Bless the U.S.A.
After Trump’s First Conviction
Without the Rule of Law, America is no better than a banana republic, no safer than in Human Secularist Totalitarian dictatorship, no freer than under Islamist Totalitarianism,
Emotions run high on both sides after the first trial and conviction of an ex-President and a presumptive Presidential nominee. There are two more trials in the queue. The Federal case is the most damning one. All three trials are lawfare. All are political. Their very existence points to failings in the legal system and profession of law. Their ultimate danger is the destruction of the Rule of Law.
The Rule of Law is what makes the American freedom, opportunity, and safety bubble inside the English-Speaking Peoples bubble inside the Western Civilization bubble so special. So essential. Fundamental. Sine qua non…READ MORE…
Justices May Shrink the Bureaucracy
When Harry Browne said, “I want a government small enough to fit inside the Constitution,” he spoke for every single patriot in the country alive today — and all of the dead ones.
The bureaucracy makes the rules, enforces them and hires the judge-jury-and-executioner to hear the case. The president — or someone else in the administration — appoints them without Senate confirmation.
The abuse of this power by bureaucrats goes way, way back like a Jim Thome homerun. A half-century ago, Donald Trump made the Front Page of the New York Times for the first time — Major Landlord Accused Of Antiblack Bias in City.
HUD thought it had him. Trump and his dad hired Roy Cohn, the prosecutor of the Rosenberg traitors (and lefty icon) who took the case out of the hands of an administrative law judge by suing HUD for $100 million in federal court. Two years later they settled with the Trumps agreeing to be sure to rent to black people. No fine. No admission of guilt. No Front Page story…READ MORE…
The big LIE; How Good People are Manipulated into Committing Horrific Acts: Pt 2
This is Part 2 of a 3 part series that explains how purportedly "good people" an be manipulated into performing horrendous acts.
In the present landscape of governance, the echoes of historical obedience and authority reverberate in new and complex ways. The implementation of lockdowns by governors and mayors, coupled with the enforcement of stringent measures by law enforcement agencies, underscores the delicate balance between public health imperatives and individual liberties. As individuals navigate these unprecedented times, questions arise regarding the extent of governmental authority, the limits of personal freedom, and the ethical considerations inherent in compliance with mandates. “You need to follow orders.” …READ MORE…
Federalist 3 and 4
John Jay still writing as Publius, jumps back into the fray with Federalist 3 arguing that a single country, and a single constitution, would be safer for the citizens than to remain individual states.
If you have not read the last two submissions on the constitution, please click herein order to get up to speed. During the next few weeks, we will be working through the reasons Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay gave the young country for adopting the proposed constitution.
John Jay still writing as Publius, jumps back into the fray with Federalist 3 arguing that a single country, and a single constitution, would be safer for the citizens than to remain individual states. Jay starts by suggesting that people generally do not hold on to positions for too long that are antithetical to their interests and that the citizens of the individual states have, for quite some time, acted like a united country…READ MORE…
More Criminal Insanity From The PDRK
Not content to destroy women’s sports and other abominations, the PDRK wants to destroy the prison system.
In over twenty-five years of law enforcement, I’ve searched countless female prisoners in the field, and a few in Houston’s Southeast Jail when it was open. I’ve searched countless prisoners as a jail supervisor and it’s a critical issue for handing arrestees.
Both agencies I’ve worked for have a similar search policy. You search same sex when practical. That doesn’t apply to strip searches (only same sex) or body cavity searches (medical personnel at a treatment facility).
But to place female workers in danger like this is absurd. No matter what anyone says, most women cannot handle an enraged male. Hell, most women cannot handle a non-enraged male. The simple fact is the strongest women are likely not a physical match for a weak to average strength male…READ MORE…

Faster Than a Speeding Budget: America's Hypersonic Hype
As we were busy funding moon cheese research and designing the perfect camo pattern, our global competitors were laughing all the way to Mach 5+.
It was a dark and stormy night when America realized it had been lapped in the hypersonic missile race by Russia and China. Picture this: while Uncle Sam was still trying to spread democracy in Iraq and Afghanistan he asked if he could also order a hypersonic delivery from our sprawling Military Industrial Complex; Putin and Xi were already sending their latest hypersonic toys zooming around the globe. The news hit the Pentagon harder than a bureaucrat missing their afternoon coffee break. We were supposed to be the tech leaders! How did we go from space race victors to hypersonic losers?…READ MORE…
