Did the Libertarian Party Just Help the GOP?
Mr Trump was widely booed at the Libertarian Party Convention, and of course they didn't nominate him, or Robert F Kennedy, Jr, who also sought the Party's nod.
Progressive voters are already leery about President Biden, and his support for Israel, and an openly homosexual candidate is just the thing to pull 'progressive' votes, including homosexual voters. More, if some of them just pull the Libertarian Party straight ticket lever, it could take votes away from Democrats down the ticket. The Libertarians are very much anti-war, and that is only going to help with pulling voters away from the Democrats to the Libertarians.
This seems like a great way to help Republicans! Since Mr Trump is already opposed to helping Ukraine, this is less likely to pull anti-war Republicans to the Libertarian nominee…READ MORE…
You Can Stop Digital Currency Tyranny
Mandated digital currency is the civil rights issue of our time. With it, federal bureaucrats will have total control over everything Americans do. EVERYTHING!!!!
On Thursday, May 23rd, the US House of Representatives passed the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act (H.R. 5403) by a 216-192 vote. This bill, which will prevent the Fed from creating a central bank digital currency AND outlawing cash, now heads to the US Senate for consideration.

Memorial Day 2024 and Those Monuments
The only time I lobbied the General Assembly of Virginia, I spoke against the dictatorial destruction of Confederate monuments when the Democrats took control in 2020.
There’s no monument to my great-grandmother who was made deaf in one ear for life as a result of a war crime by a federal soldier who discharged his pistol next to her ear when she was 8 years old. There’s no memorial to the deaths by starvation to the families of the Shenandoah Valley after their crops and buildings were burned. There are over two thousand places across Virginia where the Confederate Battle Flag flew in combat. Millions of Virginians are descended from the soldiers who fought there and whose monuments will be destroyed. There is no justice if there is no peace for all.
If desired, build more monuments with different narratives. Don’t revise history by destroying historical monuments…READ MORE…
The Historical Context of Army Installations Named After Confederate Generals
The renaming of Army installations named after Confederate generals has ignited passionate debates about the interpretation of historical figures and their legacies.
The renaming of Army installations named after Confederate generals has ignited passionate debates about the interpretation of historical figures and their legacies. It's important to approach this issue with an unbiased understanding that considers the historical context in which these installations were originally named. Confederate generals played pivotal roles during the Civil War era, reflecting the political, social, and economic dynamics of their time. Their military leadership and strategic prowess, regardless of the political context, were often cited as reasons for honoring them through the naming of Army installations…READ MORE…
Sometimes Police Are Their Own Worst Enemy.
No cop is perfect. A great example.
It’s no secret there has been a war on cops since the Obama years. From the federal targeting of Darren Wilson to the massive number of federal “consent decrees,” Democrats have a goal of federalizing and hampering law enforcement.
A few days back I was reading Houston’s local leftist rag, the Chronicle. They were going over a ruling from the federal 5th Circuit Court of Appeals from New Orleans. Arguably it is a conservative court, and the newspaper writers were giddy at this decision.
The nation's most conservative federal appeals court just published a snarky judicial takedown of a wrongful arrest made by the Houston Police Department back in 2019
Crime in America – Claims, Statistics, and Evidence
During a classic debate, Ronald Reagan replied with his trademark wit: “A Recession… is when your neighbor loses his job. A Depression… is when you lose yours. And Recovery… is when Jimmy Carter loses his!”
One of the many points that won President Reagan the presidency in 1980 was his analogy about recessions.
If you’re too young to recall, the Jimmy Carter campaign had claimed that Ronald Reagan couldn’t even define a recession – a foolish barb, considering that Ronald Reagan’s degree was in economics, back when colleges actually took economics seriously…READ MORE…
Zeihan's Zany Idea: How One Overzealous Staffer Convinced Biden to Open the Borders and Unleashed Chaos
In an unsurprising turn of events, President Biden’s administration has once again proven that there’s no problem too big to solve with an even bigger problem.
After an intern—let’s call him Timmy—skimmed Peter Zeihan’s work and thought he’d struck geopolitical gold, the administration decided it was high time to open the borders wide enough to make Ellis Island look like a velvet rope at a nightclub…READ MORE…
