Medicaid/SNAP: Work requirements for able-bodied adults; reduces provider taxes; stricter eligibility. Creates $50 billion Rural Health Transformation Program (2026–2030) to offset rural impacts.
$170 billion+ for enforcement: Border wall construction, 10,000+ ICE officers, detention beds, Customs/Border Patrol funding; tax on remittances by non-citizens.
Increased military funding; Golden Dome missile defense; $12.5 billion for air traffic control modernization.
Defunds Planned Parenthood; bans Medicaid funding for gender-affirming care; higher taxes on large college endowments; energy permitting streamlining (more fossil fuels).
