Biden issues an ultimatum, but Netanyahu reveals a red line of his own
Since the president’s initial display of support for Netanyahu in the immediate aftermath of the deadly Oct. 7 attacks, his actions show he is more interested in protecting terrorists than our allies
Days after the Israeli Defense Forces accidentally fired on a convoy of workers from the World Central Kitchen who were distributing food in Gaza last week, killing seven, President Joe Biden spoke to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by telephone. According to the White House readout of the call, Biden demanded that Israel “announce and implement a series of specific, concrete, and measurable steps to address civilian harm, humanitarian suffering, and the safety of aid workers” and tied U.S. policy decisions to his administration’s assessment of “Israel’s immediate action” on those steps.
Biden also called for an immediate ceasefire “to stabilize and improve the humanitarian situation and protect innocent civilians, and he urged the Prime Minister to empower his negotiators to conclude a deal…READ MORE…
Is Article V the Solution to Our FBI Problem?
Conducting an Article V convention, and obtaining ratification of proposals, would be a herculean effort. But getting 38 states to agree with the necessity of imposing accountability on Washington, seems much more achievable than attempting to use the federal government to take corrective action on the federal government.
The FBI has clearly shifted its mission from law enforcement to political enforcement. Only the geniuses of The View, the TDS afflicted “journalists” of CNN, and the beneficiaries of the FBI’s legal exemption policy (the Democrats); would argue otherwise. Video of armed FBI agents raiding the home of a former President dispelled the myth of “Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity” for the rest of us.

But what we do know is that there have been an awful lot of crimes, including crimes involving a firearm, being committed by people awaiting trial on a prior felony charge, and Mr Reed is just another one of those people.
When you have a 21-year-old, two 16-year-olds, and two 15-year-olds, carrying guns and opening fire when "two groups of young people started shooting at one another for reasons that remain under investigation," naturally the response from the local councilwoman is to call for more gun control. Of course, it's already illegal to carry a firearm in Philadelphia without a license…Read More…
Balancing Charity and Prudence: The Biblical Perspective on Managing Influx of Asylum Seekers in Small Rural Communities
The biblical perspective on charity is deeply rooted in compassion, kindness, and helping those in need. Throughout the Bible, we are encouraged to love our neighbors as ourselves, show hospitality to strangers, and extend a helping hand to the less fortunate. However, this noble principle of charity must be balanced with prudence and practical considerations, especially when it comes to the impact of a sudden influx of asylum seekers on small rural communities.
In Deuteronomy 15:11, it is written, "There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land." This verse emphasizes the importance of caring for those within our own community who are in need. While welcoming strangers and offering assistance to asylum seekers is a commendable act, it is essential to consider the capacity and capabilities…READ MORE…
